Each year schools around Manila put on Sports Festival. It consists of basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, and ping-pong. This year, I played on the basketball team, and we won! It's the first time in 15 years that or school has won, and Filipinos are a basketball-obsessed people, so it was kind of big deal.
I was really proud at how well we played in the last game. We played a team with more talent than us, but we played better together as a team (we've been practicing together for a couple of months). We played great team defense and didn't crack against their press.
